After signing up to be a Researcher on the Respondent platform, we require a review period of two business days for all new Researchers that sign up and create a new organization on the Respondent platform.

This review period gives our Researcher Support team adequate time to confirm and process your request before you can start inviting and interviewing participants.

During this review period potential Researchers will be able to create a survey and review qualified Participants. They will be unable to Invite the Participants until after the review period is ended.

Until you are approved you will see the following message on the Summary section of your project:

This message is not an indication of an issue with your account. It is just a notice that our team is still reviewing it.
