When you first sign up for Respondent, you'll be prompted to either create or join an Organization. An Organization is essentially the collaborative account where you and your colleagues can create and manage projects together. You can even divide your Organization into Teams.

Organizing your Teams

All Teams live under the Organization. Some things are specific to a Team, like your Projects, Participant Database and payment methods. These cannot be transferred from one Team to another.

You can invite Members from your Organization to join your Team. See more on how you can invite colleagues to your organization.

Owners may edit that Organization or Team's settings, from profile details, billing information and other members. Admins can manage other members as well as billing information and settings. Members can view and edit projects, invite other members, but cannot edit billing information or other Organization or Team settings.

Note: Just because you have a role in the Organization doesn't mean you will have that same status in every team within your Organization. In other words, it's common for someone to be a Member on the Organization level but the Owner of a Team. You can also be part of multiple Organizations & Teams and have different roles within each.
