Participants are alerted via email and SMS at the time they confirm booking, 24 hours and 4 hours before the session. We send reminders to Participants to remind them of their obligation to attend a scheduled research interview, but we understand that some things do come up last minute.
Mark Them as a No Show
If a Participant does not attend their scheduled interview booking, you can log into the dashboard and change the Participant's status to No Show. You will not be charged for participants who are marked as No Show and they are not entitled to receive their incentive payment.
If there are still available time slots in your research brief, you can re-invite the Participant using the Re-Invite feature from the project's Participants tab. Keep in mind that you'll have to mark them as a No Show first.
