What do I do if a Respondent doesn’t show up? Can I reschedule a No Show?

Participants are alerted via email and SMS at the time they confirm booking, 24 hours and 4 hours before the session. We send reminders to Participants to remind them of their obligation to attend a scheduled research interview, but we understand that some things do come up last minute.

Mark The Participant as a No Show

If a Participant does not attend their scheduled interview, you can log into the project dashboard and change the Participant's status to No Show. You will not be charged for participants who are marked as No Show and they are not entitled to receive their incentive payment.

Reschedule with the Participant

If there are still available time slots on your calendar, you have the option to re-invite the Participant using the Re-Invite feature. Keep in mind that you'll have to mark them as a No Show first.

We recommend reaching out to the Participant in the Message Center as soon as possible to confirm your desire to rechedule.
