How can I update my Organization information? How do I do delete my Organization?

Only Organization Owners (not Admins or Members) can update the Organization information and delete an organization through the Manage Organization tab.

How to Edit Your Organization Details

  1. Log into Respondent

  2. Select your Organization

  3. Click Manage Organization in the left navigation panel

  4. Under Details edit the fields that you want to change

  5. When it all looks good be sure to click Save!

Here, you'll be able to edit:

  • Organization Name

  • Location

  • Website URL

  • Timezone

  • Organization Photo & Logo


How to Delete an Organization

  1. Log into Respondent

  2. Select your Organization

  3. Click Manage Organization in the left navigation

  4. Under Details click Show Advanced

  5. Select Delete This Organization
    โ€‹

  6. When you're absolutely sure you want to delete your Organization, confirm the deletion with Yes.

Super Important Note: Once an Organization is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please only delete an organization if you are absolutely sure.
