If you have been invited to participate in a research study and need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so in just a few steps.
Clicking the Reschedule button found at the bottom of your confirmation email or by navigating to your Dashboard > Browse Projects > Reschedule next to the name of the project.
I'm trying to Reschedule My Appointment, but there are no Available Times
1. Email the researcher directly. Ask if they have any additional availability to accommodate your cancellation and reschedule request.
2. Cancel your appointment so somebody else can take your position. The CANCEL button can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email or by logging in to your account > Projects > Cancel.
