If you have been invited to participate in a research study and need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so in just a few steps.

Clicking the Reschedule button found at the bottom of your confirmation email or by navigating to your Dashboard > Browse Projects > Click on the Vertical Ellipsis box > Click Reschedule next to the name of the project. A new tab will open and allow you to book a new time with the Researcher!


I'm trying to Reschedule My Appointment, but there are no Available Times

  1. Message the researcher directly. Ask if they have any additional availability to accommodate your cancellation and reschedule request.

  2. Cancel your appointment so somebody else can take your position. The CANCEL button can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email or by logging in to your account > Projects > Cancel.

  3. If you're unable to cancel and reschedule your appointment, contact Customer Success as soon as possible.
