Need to message the Researcher in charge of the project?

Here are some common reasons to message a Researcher:

  • Status shows invited/scheduled but you already participated

  • Attendance is not marked

  • Attendance was marked but hasn't been updated to Paid

  • You're unsure about your scheduled appointment or what you need to do for the study

  • The link for the survey or virtual meeting room isn't working

  • You made a mistake on the survey, or you entered the wrong email address

  • You need to reschedule or can't attend, but want to see if there is another day/time available

How do I message a Researcher?

Navigate to your profile page > Messages 💬 > Search Project Name 🔍 > Type in the message field > Hit send > Attach a file too! 📁
