Most interview issues come down to your camera, your microphone, or your connection. Try these first.
No green tick on your microphone or camera. Your browser may not have permission to use them. Allow access when your browser asks, reselect the device from the menu, then use Test mic to confirm your microphone is working.
The AI cannot hear you, or your answer is not picked up. Check that the right microphone is selected, that you are not muted, and that nothing else is using it. Use Test mic to see your level move as you speak.
Your video is black or frozen. Make sure the right camera is selected and that no other app, such as a video call, is using it. Closing other apps that use the camera usually clears this.
The question will not advance, or recording will not start. Refresh the page and rejoin. You can pick up from where you left off.
The session is lagging or keeps dropping. Move closer to your router or switch to a more stable network, and close other tabs and apps that use a lot of bandwidth.
