Go to your dashboard → Your Projects.
Statuses you’ll see: Payment Sent (issued via Tremendous) → Paid (redeemed).
How to redeem your incentive
When your status shows 'PAID', look for an email from Tremendous at your account email address.
Open the email and select a gift card of your choice depending on your region (e.g., VISA prepaid, Amazon, Nike, etc.).
Follow the redemption instructions by Tremendous.
Tip: Can’t find the email? Wait up to 10 business days after getting PAID, then check spam/junk and search for “Tremendous”.
When do I get paid? (timeline)
Most payments are received within 7–10 business days after the researcher confirms attendance.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
If the study ended near a holiday/weekend, allow a little extra time.

Are payments in USD?
All incentives are listed and paid in USD.
What can I redeem it for?
Tremendous shows available payout options by country/region at the time you redeem. Some options may involve currency conversion.
If you need a specific method/currency, check the Tremendous email before redeeming.
Fees (reminder)
Participant incentives are paid minus a fulfillment fee of 5% (minimum $1).
Examples: $60 → $57, $10 → $9.

How long does it take to get paid on Respondent?
7–10 business days after the researcher confirms attendance.
How do I withdraw money from Respondent?
We don’t hold balances, so there’s no “withdrawal.” After your status shows Payment Sent, you will receive a Tremendous email to select your gift card incentive.
From the Tremendous email: open → pick a gift card option → redeem.
Does Respondent pay in USD?
Yes. Redemption options may convert based on your chosen method/region.
Troubleshooting
No Tremendous email: Wait 2 business days after Payment Sent, check spam/junk, then search for “Tremendous”.
You can also add rewards@reward.tremendous.com to your list of approved senders, then contact us at support@respondent.io and request that your reward be sent again
Late payment: If it has been more than 10 business days since attendance was confirmed, please message the researcher in the project thread. If you're unresponsive, you can contact Support with the project link.
