What does methodology based pricing mean?

It means that the cost to recruit a participant may differentiate based on the methodology you are recruiting for.

Why does Pay As You Go not offer different pricing per methodology?

The ability to recruit at a lower cost, like the ability to use advanced recruiting tools, is tied to some level of committed spending with Respondent.

How do Basic and Advanced plans work?

Each plan requires you to commit to a certain fee per billing period called a commitment. That commitment is paid up front and your recruiting needs come out of the upfront commitment. If you need to recruit beyond the initial commitment you are locked into your discounted recruiting rates through the duration of your billing period.

What if I don’t use all of my commitment during the billing period?

Plans billed annually are eligible for roll-over if you renew your commitment in equal or greater value for the next year. If you are eligible fore roll-over, you are granted an extra 6 months on the initial commitment before it expires.

Plans billed monthly are ineligible for roll-over. If you do not renew each month at an equal or greater value, your upfront spend and rate discounts expire.

What does recruiting potential mean?

When purchasing Basic and Advanced plans at both yearly and monthly billing cycles, the recruiting you complete during that billing cycle first uses your commitment before billing you further. This means that with each billing cycle, a certain amount of recruiting is included.

How much does additional recruiting cost if I need to go beyond what is included in a plan?

Each plan is associated with a discounted rate card that is valid throughout the billing period. If you spend over your commitment within a year on an annually billed plan, you will continue recruiting at the reduced rate until your plan expires. Of note, the participants must be paid within the billing period to qualify for the reduced recruiting rate.
