Using Zoom with Respondent

Integrate your Zoom account for scheduling remote sessions on Respondent.

You can now sync your Zoom account on Respondent when scheduling one on one or focus group meetings. 

Connect your Zoom account:

When sending an invitation to a participant in the calendar of a project. This can be found under Projects > Participant > Invite. 

Disconnect your Zoom account: 

Within your Zoom account settings. Log into Zoom > Navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace  > Manage Installed Apps > Search Respondent > Uninstall 

 

FAQ: 

Can I have multiple Zoom accounts synced to Respondent? 

Only one Zoom account can be connected to a Respondent account at any given time.

 

Which Zoom link is used for the sessions?

The sessions created using the integration will each have a unique Zoom link that is used only once.

 

Can I change the Zoom link after an invitation has been sent? 

Once an invitation is sent, the Zoom link cannot be changed. To send a participant a new zoom link you will want to cancel the initial invitation and send a new invitation via the Calendar within the project.
