Participants are able to cancel their booking time up to the booking time.
If you have confirmed your attendance and need to cancel your appointment, you can do so by clicking the 'Cancel' button found at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you can not find the confirmation email, you can cancel your appointment by following these steps:
Log in > Browse Projects > find the project that you are scheduled for > Cancel
Cancellation by the Participant:
When a research participant cancels their attendance, the Researcher will be notified of the cancellation via an automated email. After cancellation, the Researcher can invite a replacement research participant at their discretion.
