      Messaging A Researcher

      You can now message the Researcher in charge of the project you were invited to. Reasons to message them: 

      • Status shows invited/scheduled but you participated
      • Attendance not marked
      • Attendance is marked but haven't been paid
      • Unsure where you need to be or what you need to do for the study
      • Link for the survey isn't working
      • You made a mistake on the survey or entered the wrong email address
      • You need to reschedule or can't attend but want to see if there is another day/time available

      How do I message them? 

      Navigate to your account > Messages > choose a project from dropdown > begin typing in the box at the bottom to initiate a conversation > hit send
