I am inviting Respondents, but no one is scheduling - what can I do? How can I make people reschedule?
When a research participant is invited to participate in a research project, they have the ability to 'cancel' their interest in the research study.
If a participant has not 'cancelled' their interest or booked a time to participate, begin by checking the availability that participants see when they are invited to participate.
Check your Calendar
To preview your calendar to make sure that there is availability, follow these steps:
- Click the project name to view the dashboard
- Click the "Calendar" tab
- Click "Preview" for your calendar
If there isn't availability you may need to edit your calendar to make times available.
Re-invite Participants
If there is availability you can re-invite participants to prompt them to schedule time with you. Here are some steps to re-invite participants:
- Click the project name to view the dashboard
- Click the "Participants" tab
- Click "Resend invite" for the participants you've already invited

Invite More Participants
If your calendar has availability and you've reinvited people, and they still aren't scheduling, we recommend inviting more participants to your project. To prevent having more people than you want to speak with for your project by setting a Max Bookings number.
Communicate Expectations
To avoid any confusion with the participant after the fact, feel free to send them a message stating that they need to schedule/complete the survey by X time, and if they do not, they will no longer be considered for participation. This digital paper trail will allow us to set them to cancelled if needed and remedy any objections that may arise!
