The Participant is unable to book on your existing calendar:

If your participants cannot see your availability.

  • Increase your MAX bookings per day

  • Cross-check your current availability - days/times; add a few additional times if applicable

  • πŸ‘‡πŸΌ Make sure your MAX booking and your Default MAX bookings (above the Min Scheduling notice) match.


  • Create a new calendar specific to the Participants you are trying to reschedule

  • DO NOT copy an existing calendar - create a new one from scratch!


Look at your calendar availability/buffer times

  • If you built-in buffer times they must be included in the TOTAL number of minutes of your scheduled times that you want to meet with your Participants, otherwise the front-facing calendar dates and times will not be visible.
