We'll start by saying, "It's free to publish your research projects on the Respondent platform!"

As you begin inviting your qualified research participants to your study Respondent adds a 50% recruitment fee to each paid incentive.

You can purchase participant incentive credits using a credit card, or you can purchase one of our money-saving credit bundles. Ask to speak to a Customer Success Manager for more information.

The incentive you pay your participants, plus the 50% recruitment (service) fee should be paid upon the participant's successful completion of your project.

If the project is canceled, or if the platform fails to fill the project with qualified candidates, and you do not end up interviewing any participants, you will not be charged.

Our recruitment fee is 50% of the incentive that you set up for your project -- So for example, let's say you set up an incentive of $100 for a project and intend to interview 10 people. The price per research participant is $150: $100 for their incentive, and then $50 for our recruitment fee.

The total cost for all 10 participants would be $1500.

Pay-as-you-go means you only pay for the research participants who complete your research study.

In this same example, let's say you interview 10 people and want to stop your research study after interviewing 5 participants -- Your total cost would be $750.
