Email Editing options:

Subject - The subject refers to the subject line of the email that we will send out. It will be the first thing your contacts see.

Body - The body refers to the body of the email that your contacts will see when they open the email from you. You must include a link to your project using the variable {{project.link}}

Variables - Variables allow you to add dynamic fields from your project or contact. For example, the variable {{firstName}} will include the contact's first name in your email message. You must include a link to your project using the variable {{project.link}}

Templates - Creating a template allows you to reuse the text for the subject line and body on future campaigns.

Future options - Some option such as "Medium" and "Wait before sending" are not currently accessible features, but our team is working on them! To pass along your vote for a feature, please contact our support team via the chat bubble in the bottom corner of this page.

FAQs

Why do I have to connect my email?
We don't send the invitations out via our system, but rather Respondent integrates with your email inbox to send out the invitations. Because of this, it's required to be connected to your email system.

I don't use gmail or outlook -- Can I still send out a campaign with the RMS?
No, at this time, we only integrate with gmail or outlook, and not any other email system.
