To give us the best chance of filling your study with qualified participants, we ask for your permission for our project success team to make changes to a project directly.

Here are the changes we'll make directly when you allow us to optimize your project:

  • Refining the project title for clarity

  • Improving the project description for clarity

  • Adjusting targeting to reach more relevant participants

  • Fixing errors (e.g., a blank screener question added by mistake)

As a rule of thumb, we'll make direct changes that increase the chances of attracting qualified participants and won't interfere with your research objectives.

We understand that some changes are more sensitive. For these changes we'll request your approval by emailing the project owner:

  • Changing the incentive

  • Changing the screener

  • Adjusting the title to attract participants more likely to qualify

  • Flagging technical issues (e.g. two similar projects compete in our matching algorithm)
