We send reminders to participants to remind them of their obligation to attend a scheduled research interview, but things do come up last minute some times.

If a participant does not attend their scheduled interview booking, you can log into the dashboard and change the Respondents status to ‘No-Show’. We have a 4 hour wait period after the booking time before 'No-Show' can be selected.

You will not be charged for participants who are marked as ‘No-Show’ and they will not receive their incentive payment.

If there are still available time slots in your research brief, you can invite a replacement participant using the ‘invite’ feature in the dashboard.
