Organization Owners (not members) can update the organization information or delete an organization through the "Settings."

How to Edit Your Organization Details

  1. Log into Respondent
  2. Select your Organization
  3. Click "Settings" in the left navigation
  4. Under "Details", edit the fields that you want to change

What can you edit? 

  • Name
  • Location
  • Website
  • Billing Email -- this is the email that received the transaction receipts
  • Timezone
  • Organization Visibility - This setting controls if people are allowed to request to join your organization
  • Company Logo 

How to Delete an Organization

  1. Log into Respondent
  2. Select your Organization
  3. Click "Settings" in the left navigation
  4. Under "Details", click "Delete this Organization" under the "Danger Zone" section
  5. Confirm the deletion

Note: Once an Organization is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please only delete an organization if you are absolutely sure.
